2. Website Information, Vehicle Images & Specifications

The Website provides information regarding Hyundai vehicles, dealership locations, offers, finance, insurance, exchange, used vehicles, service facilities and related customer services.

Reasonable efforts are made to keep information accurate and updated; however, information may occasionally contain errors, omissions or outdated details.

Vehicle images, colours, interiors, accessories, features and specifications are for general representation. Actual vehicles may differ depending on model, variant, manufacturing specification, model year, colour, accessories, product updates, location and availability.

Certain equipment shown in photographs or videos may be optional or unavailable on particular variants.

HMIL and/or Advaith Hyundai may modify or discontinue models, variants, colours, specifications, features or accessories in accordance with applicable policies and law.

Customers should confirm the final vehicle specifications before invoicing.

3. Vehicle Prices, Offers & Benefits

Prices displayed on the Website, advertisements, calculators or digital communications are indicative unless expressly confirmed otherwise.

The final applicable price will be determined at the time of invoicing and may include applicable ex-showroom price, taxes, registration/RTO charges, road tax, insurance, FASTag, TCS, accessories, warranty/service packages, hypothecation charges and other selected or statutory items.

Government taxes, duties and statutory charges may change and will apply as required by law at the relevant time.

Promotional offers may include cash, exchange, corporate, loyalty, scrappage, finance, insurance, accessories or other benefits. Eligibility may vary by model, variant, location, stock, customer category, exchange vehicle, finance eligibility and scheme period.

Benefits advertised as "Up to ₹X" represent the maximum possible benefit under the applicable scheme and do not mean that every customer or vehicle will qualify for the maximum amount.

Offers may not be combinable unless specifically stated. Customers should obtain the latest written quotation and applicable offer details before purchase.

4. Enquiries, Quotations, Test Drives & Service Requests

Submitting an enquiry, callback request, quotation request, test-drive request or service appointment request does not by itself constitute a confirmed vehicle order or appointment.

Quotations provided through the Website, telephone, WhatsApp, email or other digital channels are indicative unless expressly confirmed as final.

Test drives are subject to vehicle and driver availability, location, scheduling, valid driving licence, applicable legal requirements, safety considerations and road/weather conditions.

Advaith Hyundai may reasonably reschedule or decline a test drive where required for safety or operational reasons.

Service appointments submitted online are also subject to confirmation. Final service work, estimates and charges will be governed by the applicable job card, estimate and service terms.

5. Vehicle Booking & Allocation

Bookings may be made through Advaith Hyundai, Hyundai-authorised digital platforms, dealership counters or other approved channels.

Payment of a booking amount and issuance of an acknowledgement does not by itself guarantee a specific vehicle, VIN/chassis number, colour, manufacturing month or delivery date.

Vehicle allocation is subject to stock availability, manufacturer supply, completion of applicable formalities and Advaith Hyundai's confirmation.

The customer name in the Booking Form should ordinarily correspond with the name in which the vehicle will be invoiced and registered, unless a change is approved under applicable dealership/HMIL procedures.

Customers should retain the Booking Form, payment receipt and booking/reference number.

6. Payments

The booking amount will ordinarily be adjusted against the final vehicle purchase price if the transaction is completed.

All payments towards vehicle booking, purchase, accessories, insurance, service or any other dealership-related transaction must be made only in favour of Advaith Motors Private Limited through officially authorised payment channels.

Customers must make payments only through payment methods officially communicated by Advaith Hyundai and should obtain an official receipt or digitally verifiable acknowledgement for every payment.

Customers should not make payments to:

• Personal UPI IDs
• Unauthorised third parties

Advaith Motors Private Limited will not be responsible for payments made to any individual, employee, intermediary, personal account or unauthorised payment channel, except where liability arises under applicable law.

The balance payment and required documents must be submitted within the communicated timeline. Failure to do so may result in release of an allocated vehicle and a revised allocation or delivery timeline.

7. Vehicle Delivery & Registration

Vehicle delivery is subject to availability, manufacturer dispatch, full payment or loan disbursement, insurance, registration, statutory documentation and applicable government/RTO procedures.

Estimated delivery dates communicated before final allocation are indicative unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.

Advaith Hyundai will make reasonable efforts to meet communicated delivery timelines but cannot guarantee delivery where delays result from manufacturer supply, government processes or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Registration will be undertaken in accordance with applicable motor vehicle laws and RTO requirements. Customers must provide complete and valid documentation.

Registration numbers are allotted by the relevant Transport Authority and cannot be guaranteed by Advaith Hyundai. Special/preferred numbers may involve separate procedures and additional government charges.

8. Booking Cancellation & Refund

Customers wishing to cancel a vehicle booking must submit a cancellation request through the concerned Advaith Hyundai showroom or another authorised channel.

Advaith Hyundai may require the Booking Form/reference number, payment receipt, identity proof, bank/payment details, cancelled cheque or bank proof and any other information reasonably required to verify and process the cancellation.

8.1 Cancellation Charge

As of the Last Updated date, the standard vehicle booking cancellation/processing charge is ₹500.

The cancellation charge may be revised prospectively in accordance with company policy, HMIL guidelines, scheme conditions or applicable law. The charge applicable to a particular booking will be governed by the terms communicated for that booking.

Any statutory or third-party cost already incurred specifically for the customer's transaction may also be deducted where applicable, disclosed and legally permissible.

A cancelled booking may not be reinstated and a fresh booking may be required.

8.2 Refund

Where a refund is payable:

Subject to receipt and successful verification of all valid and required documents, Advaith Hyundai will ordinarily process the applicable refund within 7 to 10 working days.

The timeline begins after the cancellation request and all required valid documents/information have been received and verified.

Refunds will generally be made through banking channels to the original payment source or verified account of the person/entity from whom payment was received.

After Advaith Hyundai processes the refund, additional time taken by banks, card issuers or payment gateways to credit the amount is outside Advaith Hyundai's reasonable control.

Where payment was made by a bank/NBFC or other lender, the relevant lender-funded amount may be refunded directly to that institution in accordance with the financing arrangement.

9. Finance & EMI

Advaith Hyundai may facilitate vehicle finance through banks, NBFCs and other authorised financial institutions. Advaith Hyundai is not the lender unless specifically stated otherwise.

Loan approval, loan amount, interest rate, down payment, EMI, tenure, processing fees and other terms are determined solely by the concerned lender based on its eligibility criteria and policies.

Statements such as "Lowest Down Payment", "Easy EMI", "Low EMI" or "100% On-Road Funding" are subject to lender approval and eligibility and do not guarantee approval for every customer.

Any EMI calculator on the Website provides indicative calculations only.

Customers should review the lender's sanction letter and loan agreement before accepting finance.

10. Exchange / Trade-In & Used Vehicles

Online exchange estimates are indicative. Final exchange value will be determined after physical inspection and verification of the vehicle and its documents.

Valuation may depend on vehicle age, kilometres driven, mechanical and cosmetic condition, service/accident history, ownership, documentation, market demand and outstanding finance.

Customers must have lawful authority to sell/exchange the vehicle and disclose any loan, hypothecation, pending challan, litigation, ownership dispute, accident history, insurance claim, legal restriction or material defect known to them.

Used-car listings and transactions, including Hyundai Promise vehicles, may be subject to additional dealership/HMIL terms. Any warranty will be governed by the warranty document issued for the specific vehicle.

11. Insurance, Accessories & Warranty Products

Advaith Hyundai may assist customers in obtaining motor insurance from authorised insurance providers.

Insurance products are issued and underwritten by the respective insurer. Premium, coverage, exclusions, deductibles and claim acceptance/settlement are governed by the insurer's policy and applicable regulations. Advaith Hyundai does not guarantee settlement of an insurance claim.

Accessories, extended warranties, maintenance packages, roadside assistance and other value-added products may be subject to separate manufacturer or service-provider terms, availability and pricing.

12. Calls, WhatsApp, SMS & Email Communications

When you voluntarily provide your contact details for an enquiry, quotation, booking, test drive, service, exchange, finance, insurance or other request, Advaith Hyundai and its authorised representatives/service providers may contact you through telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, email or other permitted channels as reasonably necessary to respond to or complete that request.

Promotional or marketing communications will be sent subject to applicable law, consent requirements and registered communication preferences, wherever applicable.

Promotional communication may relate to Hyundai vehicles, offers, launches, exchange campaigns, finance schemes, service reminders, insurance renewal, events, surveys and related products or services.

You may withdraw or manage promotional communication consent through the methods provided by Advaith Hyundai or in the Privacy Policy, subject to applicable law.

Withdrawal from marketing communications will not prevent communications reasonably necessary for an existing enquiry, booking, payment, delivery, service request, warranty/safety matter or other ongoing customer transaction.

13. Personal Data & Privacy

Personal information collected through the Website will be processed in accordance with the Advaith Hyundai Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

Additional verification may be requested where reasonably necessary.

15. Third-Party Services & Website Availability

The Website may contain links or integrations with HMIL, banks, NBFCs, insurers, payment gateways, Google, Maps, WhatsApp, social media and other third-party services.

Such third parties operate under their own terms, policies and security practices. Advaith Hyundai does not control their independent acts or omissions, except to the extent responsibility is imposed by law.

Website access may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, internet/server outages, telecommunications failures, cyber incidents, third-party failures or other technical issues. Continuous or error-free Website availability is not guaranteed.

16. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

Website content, including dealership text, graphics, designs, photographs and videos, is owned by or licensed to Advaith Hyundai unless otherwise stated.

Hyundai trademarks, logos, vehicle names, images and other manufacturer intellectual property belong to HMIL and/or their respective owners.

Users must not unlawfully copy or commercially exploit Website content, attempt unauthorised system access, introduce malware, interfere with Website operation, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent enquiries/bookings or systematically scrape Website content without permission.

Advaith Hyundai may restrict access where misuse is reasonably suspected.

17. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Website information is provided primarily for general information and customer convenience.

Nothing displayed on the Website constitutes a guarantee of final vehicle price, availability, delivery date, finance approval, exchange value, insurance acceptance, offer eligibility, vehicle specification or registration number.

Final transaction terms will be governed by the applicable Booking Form, quotation, invoice, finance agreement, insurance policy, registration documents and other transaction-specific documents.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advaith Hyundai will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from Website interruptions, third-party platform failures, telecommunications failures, unauthorised payments outside official channels or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any consumer right or liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

18. Force Majeure

Advaith Hyundai will not be responsible for delays or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, transportation or supply-chain disruption, component shortages, manufacturer production delays, epidemics/pandemics, telecommunications failures or serious cyber incidents.

Where such circumstances materially affect vehicle supply or delivery, reasonable efforts will be made to communicate revised timelines.

20. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and statutory rights available to customers, disputes relating to these Terms or the Website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Nothing in these Terms restricts any statutory right or remedy available to a consumer under applicable law.

21. Changes & General Terms
